Tel: (503) 537-0319 Ext. 320
Israel hails from the beautiful emerald of the Caribbean Sea, Puerto Rico—Borikén for the native Taíno population. Originally led to Oregon by love, he has called Portland home for 7 years. He enjoys living in the Pacific Northwest for the rainy, cool weather, the wide variety and high quality of food, and how it easy it is to find fun events to attend.
He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and a Surgical Tech, and was attracted to the field of medicine because he loves helping people. Israel looks forward to moving into the community development field because it will be an area of growth and learning. Additionally, as a Loan Program Coordinator and Administrative Specialist, he is excited to support Innovative Changes in the mission of helping people build their long-term financial health.
During his free time, Israel enjoys playing guitar, writing, reading, and spending time-and-quarters galore at Ground Kontrol Classic Arcade.
