Lane’s role as the VIDA and MCSP program manager suits her well, as she is passionate about asset building in the name of erasing the racial wealth gap and supporting her colleagues’ development as professionals. Her favorite parts of her job include driving around the beautiful state of Oregon to meet with partner organizations, and holding annual training for the networks.

Lane is a Portland State University graduate – she studied Sociology, English, and History. Her background as a housing counselor, financial educator, barista, and avid learner all show up in her work at CASA. In her free time, Lane likes hanging out at the park with her dog, going to hip-hop shows, and solving the world’s problems over drinks with friends.
