Rosie Andalón

Rosie began her journey with CASA of Oregon in 2001. Over the last 17 years, she successfully managed the Sister Adele Scholarship program and administered the Davis Bacon and Prevailing Wage Rates for the affordable housing and community facilities developed by CASA. She also oversees the administration of the Community Development Block Grant. 

In her new role, she will work side-by-side with the team, seeing projects go from conception to construction. She looks forward to contributing toward opportunities for underserved communities throughout Oregon.

Rosie enjoys volunteering with Unidos Bridging Community, a nonprofit organization based in McMinnville. She moonlights as a cook, chauffeur, and luggage carrier for her two children.
