Mid-Columbia Housing Authority provides safe, decent, affordable housing to low income families in Wasco, Sherman, and Hood River counties in Oregon. Through the VIDA program, we are able to assist families reach their goal of first time homeownership, going back to school, or to start/expand a small business.
