We believe that shelter is a basic necessity and that access to healthy and stable housing and nearby community facilities improves quality of life and provides the foundation for accessing greater opportunity.
Housing & Facilities
CASA of Oregon is recognized nationwide as an innovative and effective developer of rural and farmworker housing. CASA’s Housing and Facilities team partners with local community organizations and nonprofit housing sponsors to improve the stock of affordable rental housing and neighborhood community facilities throughout the state of Oregon. With our partners, we have developed affordable housing for seniors, people with disabilities, veterans, and low-income families as well as Head Start facilities, medical clinics, and community centers. We work with these sponsor agencies to ensure mission-critical construction and rehabilitation projects are well planned, completely funded, and that the construction process is managed responsibly.
